We aim to resolve most issues within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST). Complex technical issues may take longer, but we'll keep you updated on our progress.
Look for the "Report Issue" or "Help" button in your ColdCALR dashboard, usually located in the main navigation menu or settings area. This will automatically include your account details and technical information to help us resolve your issue faster.
Include your account email, a detailed description of the issue, what you were trying to do when the problem occurred, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are also very helpful for technical issues.
